Pieter du Toit Oosthuizen

The Itello ERP and ICT Professional Services Group was founded by Pieter du T Oosthuizen, M.Inst.D. He is actively involved in Itello's strategy, business development, and strategic consulting. He has extensive experience in:

ICT & ERP (SAP) Consulting,
Project and Programme Management
Set-up and management of effective and efficient Re-engineering Projects and Programmes for multi-national organisations,
Development, implementation and tracking of high value quantifiable Business Cases (driving business change),
Deployment of Business Processes and SAP ERP systems and solutions to multiple locations (nationally and internationally),
Setup and management of Project and Programme Management Offices,
Setup and management of new business ventures (from business case to project to operational phases),
Setup and management of Strategic Information competency centres,
Consolidation, commercialization and management of Corporate Services(ICT & SAP ERP)
Strategic management of the ICT Division of a multinational company.

He is a member of the: a) Project Management Institute (PMI & PMISA), b) Institute of Directors (IOD)
Pieter presented various papers at International Conferences including papers on E Business as a Development Issue (Commonwealth - Kuala Lampur, Malaysia) and the Role of Information Systems during Negotiated Land Reform Programmes (World Bank - Bogota, Colombia).
In addition he has successfully seen through complex projects (SAP ERP, Legacy, Infrastructure, Business Process Reengineering, etc) in various industries, including mining, beverage, leisure, property, agriculture, fishing, dairy, retail, investment, management consulting and government.
He is a self-starter, a creative and energetic individual, has a passion for people, and is a team player.
Interacts with and functions with ease at all stakeholder levels.

He takes pride in his successful track record of delivering projects, programmes and business initiatives beyond client expectations.
